This review study presents literature and discusses the clinical significance of Adenomatoid Hyperplasia, a commonly misdiagnosed lesion. rare entity has been seldom presented is not well enough described in literature. Only 15 reports with 95 cases could be attained during online search using keywords: Adenomatoid, Tumor, Minor salivary Glands. Data revealed tendency towards male gender. Age distribution patients did reveal specific age group but peak incidence 4th 5th decades. Location data palate, especially hard palate. Most were asymptomatic most common initial diagnosis made was gland tumor. It concluded that, adenomatoid hyperplasia oral cavity may resemble wide range pathologies order to differentiate achieve correct diagnosis, histological evaluation fundamental.
